The main entrance door opens into a small hallway. This leads to a large high ceilinged open plan living dining room and an open galley kitchen at the back, well designed for easy living. Decorated in comfortable traditional style with good quality decorations throughout. Carefully selected pieces gives this airy room a cool rustic European ambience. There is also digital satellite TV (News and International Channels) and DVD player making this the perfect place to kick back and relax out of the midday sun. The galley kitchen is small but well equipped and comes complete with gas hob and double electric oven and microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. ...suite full bathroom. Villa Beau exterior: There is a door from the dining room which is a short cut to the steps leading down to the next level. Here there is a large terrace and decking covered by a pergola with lounge furniture and wooden dining table for 6. From here you can enjoy a great view of the pool, garden and the local village in the distance. There is a good sized portable BBQ at this level. Another nice spot for Al fresco dining or cooling off after and long hot day. A set of metal steps leads from this terrace level to the pool and garden area. The long rectangular pool has 3 built in steps to ease your way in to the pool. This area contains outdoor furniture and sun beds, an outdoor sink and portable BBQ for poolside dining. The lower ground level of this property will not be accessible. You will have full use of the main house and outdoor areas. A large back garden gate accesses a public walkway which leads down to a local village. Within a five-minute walk you will find a good choice of inexpensive traditional restaurants, shops, bars and all usual village facilities.

We stayed at Villa Beau in Algoz, Portugal and were met by the lovely Bijou. The Villa was exceptionally clean, well furnished and had everything we could possibly need whilst on holiday. Bedding was frequently changed, as were the towels. Enquiries were dealt with immediately by Bijou, who also offered advice on restaurants and places to visit – all of which were excellent choices. The pool was beautiful, cleaned regularly and not over loaded with strong chemicals, as is so often the case. Bijou made us very welcome, all staff were friendly, the Villa was exceptional and we had a great holiday.
