The beach is a 20-minute walk away. The property has an electric entry system, alarm system, and electric shutters throughout- with a central control panel by the front door. A real feature of Villa Bellevue is the superb first-floor South facing terrace with Jacuzzi hot tub (heated for a weekly supplement).
