Villa Lillos is a newly built property on the golf estate in Costa Teguise it has magnificent views of the sea to the rear and mountain views to the front patio- although out of town the villa is just 5 euro to the main town enabling guests to leave the car behind for their evening meal. Villa Lillios is located within the prestigious Costa Teguise Golf private estate. It sits in a 1250 M plot of land with supurbly landscaped gardens and private electric gate entry- fabulous sea view to the rear and facing the lovely exterior hot tub mountain views - there are 2 hot tubs the interior is free of charge- to have heat each night for the exterior hot tub add £130 pw. The property is officially 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and sleeps 8 people comfortably. We also allow 2 FREE infant spaces (using cots) making the total capacity to 9 people if needed. The villa is just a short distance to the main centre of Cotsa Teguise (€5 in a taxi or 20 minutes walk).
We are located close to the water park in Costa Teguise and also close to Costa Teguise golf course- car recommended but not essential as the main town is just 4.5 euro in a taxi- so guests have a car usually to explore but taxi out for dinner- our golf club does snacks and has a lovely bar with also fabulous views- the villa is ideal for families with children with elderly relatives

The villa is situated on the golf estate in Costa Teguise and is a new purchase so we have no reviews yet-it was built just 2 years ago - from the water park take the next left and we are the last road on the left- the villa address is Villa Lillos 18 Calle Gran Bretana- car recommended and can be arranged for you to collect from the airport- the villa has a land line for free calls for taxis which is under 5 euro for a party in 7 persons into the main town square of Costa Teguise
We only accept family bookings no bookings of singles but do accept cyclist groups as we have a large secure parking for cyclist group bookings
We take a £250 retainer - conditions supplied which is returned the day after departure
The rear garden is astro turfed and we keep our pool super warm at all times - note heated with a heat pump/solar/solar cover to a min 28 degree's- the play area is large with a trampoline/wendy house/sand and water table - lots of toys and games too.
We have owned the villa for just 9 months and have a tourist license and this is our 2 nd property bought in Costa Teguise - Villa Victoria 7 Los Helechos Costa Teguise our other villa has 75 5 star reviews which i think is an indication on our 5 star service - we can guarantee you won't be disappointed !
