Located in Monte Judeu, an exclusive residential area in the countryside north of Alvor, this comfortable, well-appointed spacious family villa has WiFi and is ideally located for golf or family holidays. Set in mature grounds of 5,000 sq metres, the villa is accessed via electric gates that lead to a long sweeping drive and parking for several cars. It offers privacy, a secluded 10 m x 5m pool in a walled and gated area, covered terraces and a separate covered barbecue area for outdoor relaxing and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday home in the sun, including washing machine, dishwasher, electric fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster etc. The villa has 3 bedrooms on the main floor to sleep 6 (one with king sized bed and 2 with 2 x single beds) all with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and built in wardrobes. If required, a 4th bedroom with separate entrance has 3 single beds and en-suite bathroom that can sleep a further 2 people + child and is available for an additional charge of £150 per week. Our local agent is based in Alvor and will be on hand should you require any assistance during your stay. Mid week maid service included; for longer rentals bed linen changed weekly. Ideally located close to Penina, Morgado and Almos golf courses, the villa is only a 10-15 minute drive to sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and evening entertainment of Portimao, Alvor and Praia da Rocha. Saturday changeovers preferred (other days acceptable by arrangement, especially to fit with other occupancy). Arrival after 14:00 hours and departure before 10:00 hours.
High chair and cot (travel cot) available on request (no extra charge). You will need to bring your own linen for the cot.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels provided; you will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
The private, walled pool terrace is protected from the wind and we recommend the thermal pool cover is used as it will keep the pool water a few degrees warmer. There are several covered, shaded and open terrace areas with chairs, tables and sun-loungers for outdoor dinning or relaxing in, or out of, the sun. A covered dining area alongside a built-in charcoal BBQ is ideal for informal dining.
The mature gardens feature several large citrus, fig, olive and carob trees as well as a range of established shrubs including bougainvillea, hibiscus and oleander which provide a blaze of colour throughout the year.
Portugal was wonderful and the villa superb – perfect for our family gathering. We were very sad to say goodbye to our new ‘Portuguese home’ earlier today. We are already talking about holidays next year and Portugal is definitely on our short list – if you will have us again we’d love to talk possible dates sometime.

We did enjoy the stay, thank you. The Villa was great – good sized rooms, well equipped and a quiet location. The boys loved the pool and there was lots to do within a short drive so all in all very good.

When we receive your booking request we will send you a booking form which must be completed and returned with a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. The booking form and the terms and conditions it includes will be the basis of the rental contract between us. The person making the booking must be a member of the party staying at the villa and everyone that will stay at the villa must be included on the booking form.
The balance of your payment plus a security deposit of 350 EUR (against breakages, etc) is due 6 weeks before the start of your rental. The security deposit is normally returned within a week of the end of your rental when the villa is left in good order.
After confirmation of your booking any cancellation must be advised to us in writing and a cancellation charge will apply; for cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your rental the cancellation charge will be equal to the booking deposit; cancellations are not allowed within 6 weeks of the start of your rental and the full rental charge will be due.
