There is also a balcony leading from the master bedroom with a view of the sea and the pool, this is complete with patio and chairs also. The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, a bedside locker and airconditioning. ...available. Sunloungers are availabale for use on the private roof terrace. Linen and towels are provided however bring your own beach towels. The property is only two minutes away from the "Golden Mile'', approx 15 minutes drive from Torrevieja town and 50 mins from Alicante. The house is a short walk from the beach with the nearest beach less than 2 mins walk away. There is a beautiful promenede that stretches around the coast which is perfect for a walk. The closest shops is only 200 metres away and there are a number of 24 hour shops which are only a 2 minute walk away. Our house is ideal for families, couples, goldfers and sunworshipers. Meet and greet service is available on arrival. Car hire is not essential.
Cabo Riog is a popular beach resort located in an area called Orihuela Costa in Costa Blanca close to Alicante and Torrevieja. This area is popular with tourists as it has an excellent climate all year round with over 300 days of sunshine and an annual average tempeture of 20 degrees.
Cabo Riog is known for its clean blue flag beaches - Playa Cala Capitan & Playa Cala Caleta.
Cabo Riog beach with its historic watchtwoer is within a 10 minute walk as a numerour others.
There are a number of historic Spanish cities within an hours drive - Murcia, Cartagena, Elche and Alicante.
If its golf you play than this is paradise.There are many major internationally accalimed golf courses including Campoamar, Las Ramblas and Villamartin all within a short drive from our house.
Cabo Riog offers many walks along clifftops. Ona clear day it is possible to catch a glimpse of La Manga. There is often a cooling breeze on the Costa Blanca which can be needed during the summer months so walkers will be happy. Enjoy the walk around the promenade that stretches along the coast close to our house, before or after dinner.
For kids and adults alike there are many activities nearby including swimming, sea banana rides, jet skis, water ski, paragliding, fishing, paintball, go karting, bowling, water and theme parks. The Aquapolis waterpark in Torrevieja is only a 15 drive from our house and is a popular day out for all the family.
Street markets take place daily within the region and the local market is on every Thursday on the promenade. Habaneras shopping centre in Torrevieja or the newly opened La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre - the biggest shopping centre in the province of Alicante can pass a few hours also.
