The 3 bedroomed Villa is located in a secure complex in the middle of Olhos d'Agua. It is one of only 10 Villas. The Villa has a sun filled private balcony. There is also a Shared swimming pool with outdoor shower, private sun loungers and a terrace/outdoor dining and bar-b-cue area which overlooks a green area, ideal for supervising children playing while the adults relax. This area is separate from the Swimming Pool. Large Intermarche supermarket only 100m from the villa. There is also a range of markets, shops and a café/snack bar also within 50 metres of the Villa. Outdoor barbeque/Sunbeds The Village is a short stroll with many lovely restaurants and bars to choose from. The area has been pedestrianised and has a very friendly atmosphere. The Algarve shopping centre is 12km from the property and Mars shopping centre is 24km. Aldeia de Torre in Olhos D/Agua is the perfect place for you and your family while staying in the Algarve.
The beach at Olhos de Agua is a 5 minute walk away. The larger Falesia, Maria Luisa and Santa Eulalia beaches are nearby and slightly longer walk away.

The championship courses at Vilamoura are only a 15 minute drive from the villa and nearer to home there is the luxury 5* Sheraton Pine Cliffs resort which boasts it's own 9 hole course overlooking Falesia beach.
Also the 9 hole at Balaia is only 2 minutes by car and 10 minutes to walk. The Balaia complex also has an indoor pool and gym open to the public for a small charge. There are also tennis courts and equipment for hire.
There are 7 quality golf courses 10-15 mins drive from the villa.
A few mins walk to shops, restaurants, cafes . Fresh meat and vegetable market beside supermarket. Taxis, bus stop, chemist and other specialty shops are all less than 100 metres from villa. Five mins drive to famous 'strip' in Montechorro, while 10 minutes gets you to the centre of Albufeira. If you are feeling energetic walk from Olhos to Villamoura along the beach. It will take you at least 90 minutes and you may wish to get a taxi back. Visit the open air markets in Quarteira on Wednesdays and Loule on Saturday. There are ATM machines in many locations with the nearest located in the local supermarket. There are 2 major banks within 500 metres of the villa. Vilamoura is about 15 mins car ride, with its marina, shops, restaurants and casino. There are many theme parks, Splash and Slide, Aqualand, Wet and Wild, Crazy World and Zoo Marine (the dolphin show is excellent!). Tickets for all these events can be booked 100 metres from villa, beside the taxi rank. The Algarve shopping centre is a 30 minute drive with it's hypermarket, boutiques, and numerous restaurants offering a variety of cuisine, bowling alley, and multiscreen cinema providing most films in English.

Algarve is famed for its beautiful beaches,restaurants and nightlife. Just a few miles inland of Algarve and everything changes. Coast/Beach
The promenade at Olhos de Agua has just been improved and pedestrianised with new toilet and shower facilities.
The Algarve is famous for it's Golfing facilities and this area is no exception. Within 5 mins drive of Olhos D'Agua there are a choice of two golf courses and only 15 minutes to Vilamoura Oceanico Victoria, Millenium, Old, Pinhal and Laguna courses. Ring for discount green fees.
Algarve outlet shopping centre is about 15 minutes drive from the Villa with hundreds of shops and a supermarket occupying two levels. Upstairs several restaurants offer food and beverage for every taste and budget. Sufficient parking slots are available even in rush hours. Cinemas and a bowling alley. Opening hours daily from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

For the more adventurous there is a Tree Top zip wire fun park within a 10 minute walk of the Villa in the direction of Montechoro.
