This is a beautiful 2 bed, 1 bath apartment on third floor with pool and partial sea views. The apartment faces East and catches the morning sun. The apartment has basic WIFI, air-conditioning, and a beautifully decorated, spacious lounge area, with a double bed settee. It has free to air satellite TV and radio channels including RTE: Radio 1, 2FM, Lyric and BBC and UK Freesat TV many other international TV and radio channels. (Astra Satellite 28.2) It is also in the heart of the "golfing resorts" with many to choose from. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons. including washing machine, microwave, hob and oven and fridge freezer.In addition, there are two bedrooms. One good sized double room and another good sized twin bedroom. The balcony area overlooks the pool with partial sea view and comes complete with table and chairs for relaxing ...

Cartagena is rich in naval history
5 golf courses in the immediate area (within a 10-25 minute drive), namely: Campanoar, Las Ramblas, Villamatin, La Finca and La Marguesa. Within a short drive you will find La Serena, Roda, Haciende Del Alamo, the new Mosa Trajectum resort, Alenda Golf club, Altorreal and many more. All have excellent facilities and can be enjoyed by golfers and handicaps. Green fees are very reasonable, cheaper than at home and those on the Costa Del Sol.
Nearby towns for more serious shopping: Torrevieja (15 minutes by car) has a large selection of boutiques, electronic and photographic outlets, craft shops and wine and tobacco stores. Do not miss the new Habaneras shopping centre beside Carrefour, which has a great range of shops.
Alicante city (50 minutes) has an even wider selection of shops, including a number of branches of El Cortes Ingles, Spain's largest department store.
Benidorm is the home of Europe's largest theme park Terra Mitica, Aqualandia a huge water park and Mundomar sealife centre
A choice of two blue flag beaches are within walking distance of this apartment. The area has beautiful paved walkways by the sea. The Cabo Roig Marina is within walking distance where boat hire,including sailboat, jet ski and pedaloos are available.
Activities available in the immediate area include, golfing, go-karting, fishing, water sports, sight seeing, shopping, swimming and a wide variety of bars and restaurants for dining.
This apartment is only 50 minutes from Murcia Airport and 50 minutes from Alicante Airport. A car is not essential as the beaches, restaurants, shops, bars, banks and supermarkets are within walking distance and taxis are plentiful for longer trips. Airport transfers if required.All the major budget airlines fly to both airports including, Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair etc.
Electricity: Air conditioning and heating are controlled by Card Meter. One complimentary card is provided on arrival which lasts approximately 1 week. Additional cards are available at cost of €10/20.
