" Wonderful family holiday"
We stayed for 2 weeks in August and we felt very much at home here. Our kids loved the garden and the chickens and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Hugh and Catriona are great hosts. There was everything we needed in the house and it is just the right balance of being out in the countryside but still near to the town. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back when we're visiting again". Elaine Ruane, London August 2019

"A great stay in a lovely country cottage"
This is a lovely cottage in the countryside, with beautiful views of the mountains and sea, yet only 2 mins drive from Sligo town. Our kids loved it here, playing in the garden, on the swings and visiting the hens everyday. Lough Gill is a short and scenic walk from the cottage, and the cottage is a short drive from all the great Sligo attractions: beaches, mountains, lakes, town centre. The cottage was very clean and well equipped, with a big garden and patio. We enjoyed eggs fresh from the hens and some lovely treats that the hosts left for us. Catriona & Hugh were really welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend Old Farm Cottage. Emma, Dublin October 2019

"This is a fantastic safe place for kids to play with fabulous views and yet so close to the town for all your needs. The place was so clean and the arrival basket was a lovely touch. A wonderful find, we would love to go back again." Jennifer Whitty, Kildare, Ireland Aug 2020
