Villa Victoria,is a vocational rental villa with a tourist license a truly luxurious 4 bedroomed, 3-bathroom family friendly villa, fully equipped with all the extra family and children equipment you will need on a luxury holiday. Our single floor, Spanish bungalow style villa features a beautiful 8 metre by 4 metre heated, mosaic swimming pool. The pool is guaranteed a minimum 28 degrees thanks to our electrically and solar powered swimming pool heating system, making our villa the perfect choice for winter holidays. The villa benefits from large front and rear alfresco dining and relaxing areas, which are fully equipped with BBQ, lounge seating and dining tables. We can accommodate 10 adults (plus 2 infants free of charge) comfortably in this large, well-appointed villa, utilising our 4 bedrooms plus a double sofa-bed in the lounge. The living area in Villa Victoria is spacious with a very large lounge, separate dining room with access to the sunny patios front and rear. There is also a fabulous, gated play area for children which has a large sunshade pergola so children can play safely all day long! The villa is set in tropical private gardens and is designed with families and young children in mind. We also have 2 adult bikes with infant seats and assorted child bikes and pushchairs for your use completely free of charge. Villa Victoria is perfectly located, meaning you do not need to hire a car if you do not wish to. The nearest beach is a mere 700 metres away and the local shops, bars and restaurants are just 150 metres away, so walking to the close amenities is not a problem for most travellers. If you want soft play or bowling, this is located at Santa Rosa, just 100m away from the villa, and the nearest park is just 50 metres away! Getting to Villa Victoria is easy. There are plenty of taxis at the airport which will cost roughly €20-25. We are happy to recommend a transfer service and of course car hire (should you wish to take it) is very reasonably priced. There is also a very reliable and cost-effective bus service all-round the island. Should you wish to walk into the centre of Costa Teguise, the walk along the beautiful promenade will take roughly 15 mins. Or if you prefer a taxi, the cost is just roughly €3.50. Booking with us is a synch. Simply let us know the dates you require, we will hold those dates for you for 24 hours while you check flights (if needed), then we take a deposit at the point of booking. The deposit is £500 per week plus 1.5% card fee (£7.50 per £500 deposit). We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express). All transactions are carried out securely and for your peace of mind, we can supply utility bills for both Villa Victoria and our own UK based property to prove we are legitimate. Balance payments must be made at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival (if booked in advance). We are happy to accept bank transfer for this payment if you prefer. Clients are advised that when comparing prices- to ask for this service for winter holidays as this heating system is very expensive to supply and our prices are inclusive of excellent heating to the swimming pool!.
All sunbeds and swinging hammock have deep padded cushions for client's comfort- there is a large barbeque and 2 large dining tables front and rear-we supply of the necessary equipment for dining in large numbers- the exterior is well lit.

We are Costa Teguise family friendly villa
This is a fantastic Villa for families and is certainly child friendly. It is also extremely well equipped for babies and young children. The villa is lovely and spacious with lots of outdoor space and seating. I liked that at any point in the day you could choose to relax in either the sunshine or shade. The pool was fab and very warm. Good location with a short walk to local restaurants, pubs and shops. Sue is very helpful with lots of information made available to you prior to arrival and will also give any assistance required during your stay. Had a fab holiday and will return again. Thanks Sue.
